I grew up in snowy Buffalo, NY and went to college at Dartmouth in firgid NH where I met Virginia my amazing wife southern southern belle of Atlanta. I grew up in Young Life, leading throughout college. After completing an engineering undergrad degree I taught high school for two years in Augusta and then went to seminary in South Carolina. I love all sports involving snow, hiking, soccer and ultimate frisbee. I also love playing with my two kids Hannah (3 yrs) and James (4 mos)! Fun fact: I can make just about any animal in origami. Birthday: February 7th
Virginia McCune
Virginia grew up in Atlanta and went to Westminster and then Dartmouth College where she met the wonderful Dave McCune when she was a resident advisor in his freshman dorm! After college, they spent 7 years in Augusta, GA as Virginia was studying to be an orthodontist at the Medical College of Georgia. She joined her mother's practice, King and McCune Orthodontics, and loves it. Virginia is also mother of Hannah, almost 3 years old, and James, 3 months old. Fun fact: Virginia has a serious obsession with ice cream. Birthday: March 5
Ashton Ragone
Ashton grew up in Sandy Springs and went to Holy Innocents’ Episcopal School and then to the University of Georgia. She has her MA in Marriage and Family Therapy and currently works in business and devlopement forYoung Life NW Atlanta . Fun fact: Ashton has hiked Mount Kilimanjaro. Birthday: June 8
Eric Ragone
Eric grew up in Marietta and went to Lassiter High School and the University of Georgia. Eric volunteered with Young Life Marietta-Cobb County at Wheeler High School and Riverwood High School prior to Young Life team for HIES. Eric is a Senior Associate at Ironwood Insurance Services where he is responsible for property & casualty production as well as runs the company’s surety department. Fun fact: Eric loves all things Elvis. Birthday: July 19
Maggie Allen
I was born and raised in Atlanta. I graduated from Westminster in 2008 and attended the University of Georgia (go dawgs) for four years. Three weeks after graduation, I started working as a program manager at Junior Achievement of Georgia--we have volunteers teach kids (K-12th grades) about the basic economics of life, preparing them for their future by promoting financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and workforce readiness. I just started an Etsy shop too! It's called "MAEavenue." I love HIES... I had the opportunity to chaperone the middle school France-Spain trip in 2010! My birthday is December 14!!
Shealy Williams
My name is Shealy Williams and I am from Marietta, Georgia. I went to college at Auburn University and am currently teaching Middle School Spanish at Holy Innocents'. My birthday is December 31, and I love ice cream and cereal. Also, I enjoy handstand contests.
Lindsey Hearington
Hello! My name is Lindsey Hearington. I am originally from Nashville, TN but am a graduate of Auburn University. War Eagle! I am a nurse at Childrens Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite Hospital (night shift baby!) and I love making sick kiddos feel better. I have been involved with Young Life since I was in high school and am so excited to be a new leader at HIES. I will eat anything with sugar in it, I'm slightly addicted to coffee, and I don't wear deodorant because my armpits don't sweat :)

John Gattuso
My name is John Gattuso and I was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia. I am currently a 3rd year at Georgia Tech majoring in Mechanical Engineering. I am also co-oping with GE Aviation. A co-op is essentially an internship that you repeat 3-4 times and I am now in my 2nd rotation. For my first rotation GE had me working in Cincinnati, but decided to move me down to Atlanta for my current workterm. Outside of work and school I have been a volunteer Young Life Leader since I started as a 1st year at GT. I am also a member of a club called Wreck Racing at GT where we build a racecar for $2012 and use it to compete in an autocross event, a drag race, and a concours. In my free time I enjoy working on my own car, wakeboarding, snowboarding, and playing sports.
